大连九日商贸有限公司创始人韩旭东先生有近二十年留日生活、学习经验。1992年东渡日本，并在东京开设美发店今。在日期间与日本美发剪刀品牌松崎、水谷等会社有诸多合作。期间多次归国，与国内同行交流技术经验。2011年再次归国，创立自主品牌九日美发剪刀，采用日本先进技术，纯手工打造专业的剪刀。
